Dinosaurs Arrive in Hampton Roads!

If your little one loves dinosaurs make sure you add this exhibit to your summer plans! DINOSAURS! opens this weekend, May 26, 2012 at The Virginia Living Museum.

Robotic dinosaurs of varying scales (some life sized, some smaller) will give kids a window into what the world looked like when Dinosaurs roamed. I can’t even imagine how excited my daughter would be to see the dinosaurs move! In addition to the actual exhibit there will be fun dinosaur programming including:

• Dinosaur Prophecy showing at the Abbitt Planetarium
• Special Animal Programs
• Dinosaur Themed Family Overnight at VLM
• Fossil Saturdays (June 30 & August 4)
• Really BIG Dinosaur Puppet Show (daily on weekends from May 26-June 24)

The DINOSAURS! exhibit is free with museum admission and runs from May 26 – September 3, 2012. Additional programs have additional fees.

Are you a member of the Virginia Living Museum? Members are invited to come out for a member only preview on Friday, May 25, 2012 from 6:30-8:30pm.
