Tremble at a growling teen-aged T. rex. An Apatosaurus mother and her baby greet visitors with wide, sweeping neck motions. Observe baby dinosaurs hatching from a nest. See three different types of baby dinosaurs up-close.Â
Use a joystick to maneuver a robotic Stegosaurus. See the feathered Citipati, which highlights the link between non-avian dinosaurs and birds. Outdoors you will need to dodge the water-spitting Dilophosaurus.
Time: 9am-5pm (daily) through September 5, 2016
Cost: Exhibit included in general museum daytime admission. VLM members Free, non-members $20 adults, $15 children (ages 3-12).
