Santa is a very busy guy this time of year.

With that in mind we have a list for you to make it easier to track him down for those memorable holiday meetings, and of course, family photographs!

Chesapeake

Chesapeake Square Mall- Santa will be at the mall November 10- December 24, 2012. For his schedule click HERE. Santa Saturday scheduled for November 10, 2012 is sold out.

Greenbrier Mall- Santa will be at the mall November 10 - December 24, 2012. For his schedule click HERE. Pet photos will be done November 17th from 6-8pm or by appt.

Patrick Henry Mall- Santa arrives between 6-8pm on Friday, November 9, 2012 and will be at the mall through the holidays. Holiday Breakfast: Sat. 12/8 at 8:30am at the Food Court. Kids will enjoy a special breakfast, Holiday entertainment, balloon artists, a magic show and much more! Norfolk

MacArthur Center Mall (Norfolk)- November 8 - December 24, 2012, photos with Santa available for purchase. MacArthur Mall will also host pet photos with Santa on December 2nd & 9th from 7:30-9:30pm. Signing Santa will be available Thursday, December 6 from 11:30am to 9pm. There will also be a Breakfast with Santa on December 8th(SOLD OUT) and December 15th from 8-930am at California Pizza Kitchen and will include breakfast pizza, fruit and a beverage. Santa at the NEX (Military Families) - (Norfolk) Santa will arrive at the NEX Friday, November 23rd at 11am. Santa is available daily at the NEX through Christmas Eve for photos (Monday thru Saturday from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday from noon to 6pm). Also, Don't miss out on having your pet's picture taken with Santa at the fun Pet Event on December 2nd from 1-4pm.

The Gallery at Military Circle (Norfolk)- Santa will be available for pictures daily from November 23-25, and November 30-December 24, 2012. Click HERE for his hours. Pet photos will be available on December 5th & 12th.

Santa at Eggleston Garden Center- (Norfolk) On weekends November 24-December 23, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., children can visit Santa Claus and communicate their Christmas wishes. Parents go home with a 6-inch poinsettia to add a holiday touch to their home. Later, they're emailed a commemorative photo of their child with Santa. Cost is $5 with this Groupon Deal.

 

Smithfield

Virginia Aquarium- (Virginia Beach) SCUBA Santa: Saturdays and Sundays, November 24 – December 23 at 11 a.m.  Be sure to catch a glimpse of the jolly ole’ elf swimming with the fishes in the Chesapeake Bay Aquarium. Free with Aquarium admission. 

• Sundays with Santa: Sundays from November 25 – December 23, noon – 3 p.m. Join Santa and his elves in the Marsh Pavilion for festive and fun activities. Free with Aquarium admission.

Dough Boy's California Pizza Kitchen- Santa Claus will visit Virginia Beach nightly through Christmas Eve during the McDonald’s Holiday Lights show from 6:30-8:30 at Dough Boy’s 33rd Street w/ free candy canes and hot chocolate for all Santa’s kids!

Hunt Club Farm Winter Wonderland (Virginia Beach)- Winter Wonderland will be open November 29th through Dec 14th (Thursdays & Fridays 6-9pm, Saturdays & Sundays 12 - 9pm) and from From December 15th - 31st everyday from 12pm - 9pm. Santa is Coming To Town (Virginia Beach) Santa and his elves will be at Red Mill Commons on December 22nd from noon to 3pm and at Red Mill Walk on December 23rd from noon to 3pm! Chesapeake

White's Poinsettia Tours- (Chesapeake) FREE tram rides through the greenhouses from 10:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday, November 17th, and from 12:00pm - 4:00pm on Sunday, November 18th. Guided tours on trams will feature thousands of Poinsettias in bloom, the legend and history of the plant as well as technical aspects of how they are grown. Santa will also be here along with kids crafts, free face painting, and entertainment. Be sure to bring out the whole family!

Chesapeake Christmas Parade (Chesapeake) 6pm on December 1, 2012. Christmas isn't complete without a hometown parade complete with marching bands, costumed characters, colorful floats, and Santa Claus. FREE 

McDonald Garden Center- (Chesapeake, Hampton, Virginia Beach) December 8, 2012. Bring your camera and your kids and take photos with Old Saint Nick! Santa will be at all McDonald Garden Centers from noon until 4pm. Bring your camera and capture that special moment. There is no cost to visit with Santa and take photos. Before Santa's arrival, we will be offering a Garden Stone Workshop at 11:00am. Children will be able create a Garden Stone Gift perfect for mom & dad, teachers or grandparents. The cost for this workshop is $15 and includes all materials & instructions. 

White's Holiday Gala- (Chesapeake) December 8th & 9th from 9am-5pm. Santa will be here for the kids along with free face painting, kids crafts and entertainment. Hot coffee, apple cider, cookies and popcorn will be available for your enjoyment as you stroll through the Christmas wonderland.

Santa's Workshop (Chesapeake) at Indian River Library. December 20th at 6pm. Come join us while we make Christmas tree ornaments and hang around to meet Santa. Bodacious Bazaar & Art Festival (Hampton) - This weekend only at the Hampton Colliseum Santa and Mrs Claus are at The Bodacious Bazaar. 10-7 Fri & Sat, 10-6 Sun. A percentage of proceeds go to local charities. Admission is Adults $7 one day and $10 for two days, Children $4. Santa Photo package $20.

Peninsula Town Center (Hampton)-  November 17, 2012: 14th Annual Coliseum Central Holiday Parade from 9:30-11:30am. Come visit Santa after the Parade from 11:30 AM – 2:30PM or 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM in Santa’s Gazebo in Marys Park across from Macy’s.

Santa's Attic (Hampton)- November 30, 2012 from 4-6pm Special Appearance by Santa!

All of this is free and just before the Holly Days parade at 7 pm.

Hampton Holly Days Parade - (Hampton) December 8, 2012 at 7pm.  Babes in Toyland at the Peninsula’s largest illuminated holiday parade. Fun includes music from marching bands, spectacular floats, the man of the hour, Santa. “Toyland” goes from Eaton Street and Settlers Landing Road to Darling Stadium.

School for the Arts Concert (Hampton) on December 10, 2012 at 6pm. More than 300 students at Armstrong School For The Arts, 3401 Matoaka Road, will be outside singing songs representing holiday customs from around the world. The back field will be lit with more than 100,000 lights and Santa and his reindeer will be on the roof. Santa will also be available for pictures. Free event.

Breakfast With Santa at The Grey Goose (Hampton) December 8 and 15th at 9am. Breakfast, Photo and Crafts with Santa and Mrs. Claus! Photographer Bob Harper will take pictures of your children (or adults!) with Santa and enjoy a sing along and crafts with his lovely wife. Here Comes Santa Parade- (Portsmouth) December 8, 2012. 5:30pm. This annual event has become a holiday favorite. Join us at High Street Landing where Santa will arrive by Fire Boat, escorted by the Police Boat and will join the parade in a horse drawn carriage. Santa will disembark at Court Street, where entertainment will be provided on the Court Street Stage.

Suffolk

34th Annual Santa’s Stocking Old Fashioned Craft Bazaar (Virginia Beach) Saturday & Sunday, November 3-4, & 17-18, 2012. Meet with Santa from 11 am – 2 pm on Saturdays and 1 pm – 4 pm on Sundays. Visits are free, professional photo packages (children and pets) are available at varied prices. No personal cameras please.

Town Center Virginia Beach- (Virginia Beach) Light Up The Town, November 17, 2012. 5-9pm. A parade with Santa, illuminating a 30-foot tree, a laser show and more.

Virginia Beach Christmas Market (Virginia Beach)- At the Virginia Beach Convention Center November 23-25, 2012. Pictures with Santa daily 11am-3pm. $7 Adults; $2 Children 6-12; Under 6 Free - One admission covers all three days. Receive 50¢ off admission by bringing a canned food donation for the Food Bank of Southeastern Virginia.

Planes, Trains and Santa Claus at Military Aviation Museum-(Virginia Beach) November 23 & 25, 2012 at 1pm. The Navy hangar will be filled with model train displays. Trains are on display Friday thru Sunday during regular museum hours (9am-5pm) See Santa fly in! Santa Claus will fly in and land at the museum on Friday and Saturday at 1:00pm. Bring the kids and their Christmas lists to get their pictures with Santa in front of an airplane. Kids 12 and under get into the event free. Toys for Tots collections welcomed.

Founders Inn & Spa (Virginia Beach)- Founders 20th Anniversary Illumination Event on November 25, 2012 from 12-8pm. The lighting ceremony begins at 6pm! With the flip of a switch, The Founders Inn and Spa turns into a twinkling Christmas wonderland. Santa will be there!

Santa is there (call for his hours), live nativity on weekends, scavenger hunt for the kids, raffle drawings, concessions for sale. Show is open November 30-December 7, 2012. M-F from 5-8:30pm, Saturday 10am-8:30pm, Sunday 1-8:30pm.

It's VBACAC's Birthday! (Virginia Beach) December 6, 2012. Help us celebrate from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. with an open house, food, and goodies. ​ VB Animal Care & Adoption Center will be open until 9 p.m. for adoptions.  Santa will be available for photographs.

McDonald Garden Center- (Chesapeake, Hampton, Virginia Beach) December 8, 2012. Bring your camera and your kids and take photos with Old Saint Nick! Santa will be at all McDonald Garden Centers from noon until 4pm. Bring your camera and capture that special moment. There is no cost to visit with Santa and take photos. Before Santa's arrival, we will be offering a Garden Stone Workshop at 11:00am. Children will be able create a Garden Stone Gift perfect for mom & dad, teachers or grandparents. The cost for this workshop is $15 and includes all materials & instructions. 

Virginia Beach Funny Bone (Virginia Beach)- Breakfast with Santa at 10am on December 8, 2012. Kids $10, Adults $15 

 

Virginia Beach Farmer's Market Holiday Open House (Virginia Beach)- December 1, 2012 from 11am-3pm. Santa arrives at 11am. Santa will also be on site for visits on December 8th & 15th from 12-2pm. (Pets are welcome December 15th from 2-3pm). Breakfast with Santa is December 15th, 9-11am.

 

English Rose Tea Room- (Virginia Beach) Tea with Santa and Mrs. Claus, Sunday, December 2nd & 16th from 4:30pm until 6:30pm. Spend the afternoon sharing tea and stories. Santa will also have his sleigh for pictures. All inclusive $18 per person. 

 

Photos with Santa at Swell (Virginia Beach)- PHOTOS w/SANTA! Come to Swell Mondays (12/3, 12/10 & 12/17) from 5:30-7:30p on Family Night, when KIDS EAT FREE with the purchase of an adult meal and get your family photos taken with Santa. Breakfast with Santa (Virginia Beach) at Whole Foods VB on Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 9-11am. Bring your camera, and take your little one's picture with Santa while enjoying breakfast treats from our bakery and produce depts. A $5 donation to Toys for Toys is suggested or please bring a new unwrapped toy.

 

Sugar Plum Bakery-(Virginia Beach) Annual Breakfast with Santa, December 15, 2012 with 2 different time slots available, $12

 

Breakfast with Santa- (Virginia Beach) Annual Breakfast with Santa held by Frank W. Cox High School Bands will take place Saturday, December 15, 2012 from 8 - 10 am at Atlas Grill on Great Neck Road. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased in advance from any band family or at the door. Raffle drawings for 3 gift baskets will be at 10 am that morning. Raffle tickets are $1 or six for $5. Winner need not be present to win.

 

Santa at Pungo Pizza (Virginia Beach) December 15, 2012 from 2:30-4:30pm. Santa is coming to Pungo Pizza, be sure to bring your camera for pictures!

 

Santa, Me & Tea (Virginia Beach) December 16, 2012 at 1pm. Reservations required. The Santa Tea includes dress-up clothing and jewels, tea, tea treats, games and prizes. Photos are taken with the children and Santa and every child gets a gift. The cost is $20.99 for the first child and $17.99 each child after that. Parents can enjoy tea also for $9.99

 

Pizza with Santa (Virginia Beach) Ages 6 and under. December 19, 2012 at 11:30am - 1pm. Cost: $6. Your kids can have some yummy pizza with Santa at Great Neck. Don't forget to bring your cameras as there will be plenty of photo opportunities with the jolly man. Food served to the children only. Register by Dec. 12.

Yorktown

Christmas Tree Lighting (Yorktown)- including the arrival of Mr & Mrs Claus. Festivities begin at 6:30pm with the tree lighting at 7:30pm. FREE

Cookies with Santa (Yorktown) December 1, 2012 from 1-4pm at Gallery at York Hall. Visit with Santa while shopping, cameras encouraged. FREE

Breakfast with Santa (Yorktown) December 8, 2012 at 8:30am at The Riverwalk Restaurant. Tickets required.

 

"Toyland Parade" (Yorktown) December 15th at 1pm. Starting at 1:30 become a part of our Toyland Parade, jump in with a decorated a stroller or wagon, or even yourself!  Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand to greet the guests and Mrs. Claus will host her own storytelling show. The Fifes and Drums of York Town will be leading the parade. As an added treat, the Polar Express will be chugging along through Riverwalk Landing .  Free
